We are excited to launch ‘HERO’ our new one-stop-shop for everything ‘school’. Once the term starts, you will no longer receive communication via e-TAP. Over the next few weeks please follow these instructions to download HERO onto your device or use it on your computer.
How to Access the Hero App
We use Hero as our primary tool for school communication, student reports, and notices.1 To get started, please follow these steps:
1. Download the App or Log In Online

Smartphone/Tablet: Search for “Hero by LINC-ED” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Computer: Open your web browser and go to go.linc-ed.com.
2. Create Your Account

Select “New User”.

Enter the email address you provided to the school during enrolment.

Click “Request Password Link”.

Check your inbox for a “Hero Password Reset” email (be sure to check your spam/junk folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes).
3. Set Your Password & Sign In

Follow the link in the email to set a secure password.

Once set, return to the app or website and log in with your email and new password.5
4. What to do if you get stuck

Email not recognised? This usually means the email address we have on file for you is different. Please contact the school office to verify your details.

Notifications: To ensure you don’t miss important updates, please allow “Push Notifications” when prompted by the app.
