About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and collaborative NZ registered teacher to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the current New Zealand Curriculum, a commitment to culturally responsive practice (Te Tiriti o Waitangi), and a passion for fostering student agency and wellbeing.

We are looking for an educator who:

Demonstrates high-quality classroom teaching practices and effective behaviour management.
Builds strong, positive relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues.
Has experience or a strong interest in structured literacy and numeracy initiatives.
Is enthusiastic about integrating local curriculum (Te Tai Tokerau context) and outdoor learning opportunities.
Brings a growth mindset, flexibility, and a sense of fun to our staffroom.
